Possibly the greastest running playlist

I am a lover of music. I can honestly say I like everything with few exceptions. So give me your running playlist and we will talk! Your mind is a sponge soak up life!

I'll have to listen to your playlist when I'm outside of the work firewall. I'm sure it's killer though. I love the idea of your blog and am looking forward to posting smart-alleck remarks all over it. I can't believe you're so friggin fast. Paul said you did the 4 miler in 26 something... dude that's fast. Nice work.

No wonder you run so fast. You have all that fast music. I have a lot of the same bands on my 10K/10 mile playlist. Good stuff. I'd like to see what you'd put together for a marathon playlist. In Indy I was focused on not going out to fast so I put 5 super long songs in the first hour of my playlist:

Low Spark of High Heeled Boys Panic/Live Carbondale 2000 15:07

Ordinary People Neil Young 18:13

I heard it through the Grapevine CCR 11:06

Pigs (3 diff ones) Les Claypool and the Frog Brigg 11:44

Run like an antelope PH 13:48

Makes me wanna run.

Hey Jes. Awesome blog page, awesome tunes, and the picture of you holding those babies gave me chills. It's so beautiful!!! Mosters is that song from the cd you made me that I love. Hope to see you guys soon. P.S. why can't I get addicted to running?

This is one of my fast pace playlist. Every week I will try and put a new one up for your listening pleasure because music does soothe the savage beast. This new one I made for the arrival of snow, ice, and slush is a mix of semi mellow alternative. I tried it out this morning and really enjoyed it. I have thought about my marathon playlist but haven't quite narrowed it down as of yet. It's such a hard decision.Plus isn't i-pods banned from most marathons. That would be bad news for me because without music I seem to think too much about running(is my pace to fast,am I breathing to heavy, that sort of stuff)
